If you're not satisfied with your item, and it has not been washed or altered, it can be returned for refund within 7 days of receipt. Please note, there is a restocking fee of $10 that will be deducted from your refund. The item must be in new condition with original tags still attached.
To return a product, please email us at customerservice@shacithelabel.com, giving us your name, address and order number. We will respond promptly with further shipping instructions and a return authorization number. Please clearly print the authorization number somewhere on the package.
Refunds
When we receive your return, we will refund back to the form of payment you originally paid with. At this time, Shaci will not cover shipping costs for returns but we will cover everything else. It is our highest priority to make sure you are satisfied and to constantly improve our product. We DO NOT refund international order's or express delivery charges.
Exchanges
At this time we are unable to process exchanges – if you wish to exchange an item, please return the original and then place another order for the alternative selection. (But it doesn't hurt to email us at customerservice@shacithelabel.com and we will try to accommodate you).
